Personal Bio
Ivette Fuentes is a Tax Preparer at Moskowitz LLP where she enjoys collaborating and being part of the tax department. A native Spanish speaker and fluent in English, Ivette has a strong background in accounting and tax. She prepares individual, business, and corporate tax returns, as well as complex tax schedules and forms, working mainly with medical practices, doctors, dentists, veterinarians, and real estate investors. She has a BS in Accounting from the University of Guadalajara in Mexico. Born and raised in Mexico, she worked for over ten years there as an accountant at Hewlett Packard before moving to the US in 2010. Before joining the firm, she worked at the City of Vallejo Finance Department and as a Certified Tax Preparer.
Her immediate professional goal is to become an Enrolled Agent.
Outside of work she volunteers as Treasurer for The Compassionate Friends of Solano County. In her spare time, she enjoys going to festivals, wine tastings and sightseeing around the state.
