Drawing from her background as Lead Litigation Attorney and Corporate Counsel, May has represented clients before the IRS, state taxing authorities, and the U.S. Tax Court, achieving significant reductions in tax liabilities and guiding individuals and businesses through high-stakes disputes. Her extensive experience includes tax audits, entity restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, tax credits, and bankruptcy-related tax matters.
