Personal Bio
Paul is a keystone of our many departments. He coordinates our tax preparation, ERC cases, and tax resolution services, as well as our corporate formation and governance, and mergers and acquisitions work. And he manages all this while performing legal services for the firm on behalf of our clients: representing clients for tax court, in audits, and providing legal opinions for the numerous high-stakes cases and controversies Moskowitz LLP resolves.
It’s a job that requires incredible flexibility and preparation, and Paul has both. With 18 years of practice, and 11 as a solo practitioner, he thrives on situations where the buck stops with him. He identifies objectivity and careful decision-making preceded by thorough investigation as keys to his success. Knowing what details need to be in place makes it easy for an IRS counsel or auditor to return the outcome we’re seeking.
Moskowitz LLP works with many different types of clients, and Paul looks forward to meeting and advising as many of you as he can. The role is a chance for him to expand his already considerable knowledge and legal bandwidth, and he’s a powerful addition to our ability to advocate for you.
